"Felix Inden, with roots in Spain, Germany, and Chile, brings a profound curiosity and unique worldview to his striking landscape photography. His unexpected voyage into this art form has become a passionate obsession, particularly drawn towards the ethereal beauty of icy, arctic environments. Each of Felix’s images seeks not merely to capture a scene but to entwine the observer in a lingering narrative, provoking thought and emotion with every frame."

ARTWORK DESCRIPTION

"One beautiful night in 2013 i had the pleasure to be surprised by wonderful northern lights during my honeymoon vacation. With a forecast of 0 solar activity and heavy cloud cover i went to sleep in our hotel jeep. After some time i woke up, went out for some human needs and was greeted by a faint green. What followed was an epic night, alone at one of the popular beaches of Iceland. Enjoying night photography in the howling wind. Suddenly the local legend of this place startet making much sense to me. These seastacks (Reynisdrangar) are known to be petrified evil trolls. They had evil plans, but took so long that the sun started rising- rendering their future as much photographed seastacks. I heard their whispers as they tried to bribe the elusive Aurora borealis to save them from their destiny... it was in vain... but the northern lights danced and danced and danced and after a while there was i dancing too."
